Buzzzzy Buzzzzy Week!

This week has actually started with Saturday for many of us.  Saturday Academy and the WFU Science Mentors all met on Saturday here at Diggs-Latham.  We even had a few stowaways from Ludy's class who joined us for Saturday Academy.  They were actively engaged, thanks to some creative teachers. 

• We will have a lockdown on Monday Morning at 9:30ish.  By now, you should have practiced with your students.  Announcements will alert you to the beginning and end of the lockdown.  Remember to relay to your students how very important this is and that they are to be on level zero throughout the lockdown. 
• Please join us in the teacher's Lounge on Monday Morning to celebrate our Classified Employees with a little breakfast treat to say THANK YOU!!!!!!!  They are the best.
• Donuts for you.....in the lounge beginning at 7:30 from Home Moravian Church to say thank you to all of you for everything you do.  We love Home Moravian! 
• Spelling Bees will take place in classrooms over the the next two days.
• There will be a BOXTOP celebration for students who brought in more than 30 boxtops. Ms. Jackson will run this.
• November 23, 24, 25th are Thanksgiving Recess Days.
