PEP Plans

INSTRUCTIONAL MONITORING

Personal Education Plans (PEPs) Please ensure that conferences are scheduled and conducted to develop PEPs for non-proficient students in reading and math in K-5 during the first quarter. Conferences should include:

*a review of student performance information (areas of strengths and needed improvements);

*identification of goals/interventions to address areas of needed improvement;

*a timeline for progress monitoring (i.e., quarterly) 

A copy of the PEP should be provided to parents.  Documentation should be kept throughout the

school year on intervention efforts.
